<center><img src="http://us.kensington.com/images/pc/K33164-12294.jpg"></center><p>I bought the Blitzsafe adapter for the trunk of my A4 (99 w/cd changer) and it plays the iPod the way i'd expect it too.

I went ahead and bought the Kensington Dock with remote for home, it charges the ipod and plays the music from the bottom connection. Upon inspection i realized that the dock is 12v at 1 amp.

My question is, I am curious in finding out if i can use the dock in the car. I know they sell adapters that run at 12 volts and can be changed from like 200ma to 2000 milli amps. But what would be the right way for me to wire this doc up?
