Trying to add the factory nav unit to a non-nav 2005 A6. I can't find the cable taped up anywhere (like the changer cable taped to the harness in C5s, for example)... it doesn't seem to be pre-wired for it... am I wrong? Thanks in advance,

There is a small company in Germany which sells a navigation upgrade kit for the A6 C6/4F. The kit includes the navigation unit, an antenna and a custom harness (with fiber). I'm sure you can get the cable separately and guess they wouldn't offer it if the car would be pre-wired. They also say that you will need to have the MMI controller with the color display already installed, otherwise it won't work.
