Door Panels: Seems there was a FAQ on treating interior door panel scuffs posted by Ironmike some time ago, but the link to it that I found in the archives doesn't work anymore. Anyone got a quick and easy cure for those scuffs (you know which ones I mean, in the lower right of the driver's side door, where your foot scrapes it when you're getting out. I can't be alone in this).
Wood trim: In addition to my 99.5 A4 I've got a '97 A6 wagon, and the center console wood trim (around the shifter) has many superficial but noticeable scratches. I've looked in the archives, and while there's a TON of info on paint scratches, I haven't been able to find anything on wood scratches. The surface is high gloss, and it's the finish that's lightly scratched, not the wood itself (no gouges). I'm not about to strip and revarnish or anything like that. I'm just wondering if there's a product out that there can polish out these superficial scratches very easily. Thanks.
Rick
