I just bought a focal 27k off the internet, it is an 11inch sub that needs a ported box. Anyone in the Milwaukee Chicago area know how to build boxes?

There's plenty of respectable shops in that area. Take the sub to one and give the builder a copy of the Theil-Small parameters. Any decent shop will have some design software and will be able to whip out a box for you pretty quickly.
