If the release of the S4 has you 1.8TQ owners a little envious, remember that your car has some handling advantages:
- 400 lb less weight
- More balanced weight distribution (due to lighter engine in front)
- Quicker steering (2.8 turns lock-to-lock vs. 3.1)
- Lower suspension setting (the S4 appears to be higher in front-- someone reported .75" higher than their 2.8 sport.)
All this contributes to the 1.8tq's nimble, tossable feel. However, 250 HP must be wonderful!
