There is a high pitched wine coming through my speakers...
I assume it is because of the power wire, because wine increases as engine load increases...not speed related, related to RPMs...
Any ideas?

If your RCA cables are ANYWHERE near, or crossing a power cable, particularly your amp power cable, noise is common.

Other causes can be related to a bad ground from your amp. Make sure you have a clean solid metal ground for the amp. I used one of the seatbelt mounting bolts in the trunk.

I would honestly be surprised if it is from the ECU causing whine. The quality of the RCA's can make a difference. When people talk about ECU interference, they usually worry more about the car being affected by the cable, not the other way around.

when running the power cable through the ECU box. For that reason, I ran my cable through the unused throttle cable hole. It is the triangular-looking rubber piece in the firewall. I just poked a hole in that rubber grommet and ran my cable there.

Like the other poster wrote, the whine you're hearing is most likely caused by improper ground. Experiment with grounding the amp somewhere else.
