I am wondering if anyone out there who lives in the Mid Atlantic (Carolinas) area knows of a 1997 1.8TQMS that has been flood damaged. Any idea on how to buy one off of an insurance company? Is there a clearing/auction house I can contact?

If I can pick one up for salvage costs ($5k-$10k) I would strip it out and make a track car out of it.

The owner of Ecocar was charged a few years back operating with stolen vehicles. I'd stay away.
