I figured this would be a real good place to get some feedback. I am seriously considering getting an Alpine processor (model 400 or 600). One of those processors was in some TT pics posted a few days ago. Both of them have fiber-in connections (for the 7949 HU and one of the changers). Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. I have never heard these processors so I dont know what kind of improvement to expect. Any vivid descriptions would be appreciated.

I am currently running a 7949 HU with an Alpine V12 for the MB Quart interior speakers. I have an Orion amp powering one 12" JL Audio W0. I plan to eventually get a phoenix gold amp for the interior speakers.
