Are you sure...? I talked to JL Audio rep and they said it would not fit!

If you take a look at the trunks from previous A4's, the side walls of the trunk are contoured. In the S4, the are FLUSH and come all of the way out to the main opening of the trunk. What this is it doesn't allow the ears of the stealth box to fit properly in the rear deck mold and therfore cutting is required to make them fit. Take a look at the link in the message. These guys do the installs for MB Quart in Mass. The red A4 is an MBQ demo car, the blue one has a stealth box in it. You went to the link and saw the pictures of the A4's, right? Their trunk configuration is different than the 99.5 and 2000's and S4's. Chaotic & I have S4's and they won't fit in our trunk because the walls of our trunks are flush (flat & pushed out away from the body of the car towards the center of the trunk.) There isn't enough room on each side of the trunk due to the walls, to effectively mount the stealthbox without cutting a hole in each wall to make the box fit. If you look at the blue A4 on the site (pic w/stealthbox w/seats down) and compare it to the walls of a 99.5, 2000, or S4, the walls are different (Flush(new) vs. Contoured(old)). Hope this clears things up!
