I have a '00 2.8 avant on order and have been scouring the forums and local shops for some advice on how to fit a system into the car without taking up my rear cargo space. I now have a full system in my outback wagon(deck,eq,5ch.amp mouted under the front seat,cd changer under the other,an 8" tube mounted in the rear and boston speakers all around). The problem now is that the avant does not have a space under the front seats to mount my amp and changer, and the rear cargo is smaller, and space for the bass tube is minimal. I could take out the spare tire and use the well for amp/sub. any other sugestions would be greatly appreciated thanks, Need my tunes
p.s. would have gotten bose if it did'nt sound like s***

I have a great system in mine, after a week of work I should. Stock head unit, front doors ADS 4" speakers, rear door 5 1/4" ADS speaker. Both were the "low" end ADS. In hindsight I would have put the next level up "mid" level in the front. Six channel ADS amp in the spare tire wheel well, with the spare, with a small fan. 6-disk changer mounted under the glove box. 8" JL audio sub in custom fiberglass box in the side area where the changer and stock sub were.

You wouldn't happen to have any good photos of this, would you? This is about what I'm thinking of doing to mine.
