You know,.. what a PITA!!! I swear, these two companies are alot alike. While you can get good/excellent dealer service from either one,... sometimes,...both of them just stick it to ya!

I just stopped by a local MB Quart dealer to order my adapter rings (b/c MB can't sell direct). Well, this dealer wants me (the customer) to call up MB (b/c they don't have an 800 # - WTF?), get them (the dealer) the part number... so they can order it.
Of course, I wouldn't be flaming if they didn't charge me a "sales price of $50".
Oh, don't worry, I know this dealer is ripping me off... the damn things retail for ONLY $36. What can I do? It's all F'ed up!!!!

Anyone from MBQ reading this?!? I love you guys!! I know Germans have ways of doing things efficiently... BUT this is arse backwards!

Okay.. I am done venting... I just hope the adapters come in soon! I am paying MORE than premium for them!

i wouldnt buy MBq if they were the only aftermarket speaker manufactor. *shrug*
