Anyone have a custom sub enclosure they have pictures of? I'm mainly looking at enclosures for single 10" subs that leave as much trunk space available as possible. Anyone creative out there?

they both talked to a friend of mine who was going to do a custom enclosure in the lil pocket in the trunk.... where the changer and jack are now.
Most good 10's will fit there and be very stealth without using any trunk, u just have to move ur jack.

I'll take a picture and email it to you. It may take awhile though as I don't have a digital camera. My enclosure fits flush with the smaller seatback so that I can fold down the larger seatback and have full use of the opening. Also, the sub is secure by a unique way I never would have thought of. The sub is wedged between the seatback and the amp. The amp is mounted under the rear deck. If I want to remove the sub so that I'll have more room, I just flip the seatback, unplug the sub, voila! No cutting of the truck to secure the sub.

It's always nice to see another a/d/s/ fan. Are you running a 312rs or A12s? When my TT arrives, I'm planning on using my trusty a/d/s/ PH15.2 (6 x 50 watts) to power one 310rs in a sealed enclosure (100-120 watts per voice coil on the sub, 50 watts to each front 6.5" component).

What are your impressions of your a/d/s/ sub?

Have you seen the 2000 a/d/s/ models (pictured above)? The 3-series (above right) now has a silver aluminum cone instead of the black cone (which is still used on the A-series, above left). The silver aluminum should complement the TT's interior nicely.

http://www.sounddomain.com/news/ces2000/ces2000_6.cgi</a

The 10" should fit flush in the toolbox area with the fiberglass box. Chris said it could have it made so that the contour is the same.

The reason I didn't go with that is that I didn't wanted to keep cutting to a minimum and I couldn't think of a good place to stow away the toolkit.

I love it. It's a very smooth and musical 12" sub. It's not the hardest hitting sub, or the loudest, but it does exactly what I want.

He tells me you have alot more low end than he thought that sub was capable of making. :o)
Hope to get my xtant in the next week or two and get ready to install it all.

Cheers
