Is the OEM changer sold by Clair "FM" received by the Bose head unit? Thanks.

I am not positive, but it is my understanding that the CD changer is wired directly to the amplifier. If the signal is induced into the antenna and the tuner, you could loose some sound because it will be limited by what the tuner can pass. This should not be the case with OEM. If you get the Panasonic and adapter, it should work the same way.
