Are you going to use preamp or speaker-level inputs? I've got two 6.5" SAS bazookas that I've had in my MR2 for the last 5 years, and still sound great. I want to install them in my A4, but don't know if I should invest in a speaker-to-preamp converter, or if they should sound fine being driven by an amp with speaker-level inputs.

It sounded pretty clear considering the signal is fron the Concert deck. I can't remember what the colours of the two wires were (maybe brown with green stripes and vice versa) but the only hang-up was working with the limited amount of space dictated by the length of the existing wires.
