MIVE(Michigan Volkswagen/Audi Enthusiasts) is having there 2nd annual Chilli fest on Belle Isle. We are having to localized caravans to Belle Isle....one meeting at the Best Buy off of I-275 and the other at the top of the Royal Oak parking garage.

PLACE:Belle Isle...Shelter #9

**The parking structure is across the corner of South Center and East 3rd Street just west of Main Street. The best way to get there is to take Main St. north to East 3rd St. and turn left(west). E. 3rd St. runs right into the parking structure.

We are meeting at 2pm and will be caravanning down to Belle Isle then! We are expecting at least 10 cars so please be prompt!

**If you are unable to meet at 2pm for the caravan but still plan on attending, make sure that you know the directions or you may want to email me for my cell # just in case!!**


*****************Belle Isle Directions************

From the north:
*I-75 south...stay on when I-75 turns into I-375 into downtown Detroit...
*Once off of the expressway, hit the turn around, on your left, to go east on Jefferson(as soon as you get off the expressway)...
*Follow Jefferson east approx. 2 miles until you see the sign for the Douglas McArthur(Belle Isle) bridge on the right side....
*Cross bridge onto the island...

From the south:
*I-75 north...
*Exit off of I-375 south...
*I-375 south until freeway ends(1/2 mile)
*Once off of the expressway, hit the turn around, on your left, to go east on Jefferson(as soon as you get off the expressway)...
*Follow Jefferson east approx. 2 miles until you see the sign for the Douglas McArthur(Belle Isle) bridge on the right side....
*Cross bridge onto the island...
