I would try another dealer, if that's not possible, I would insist on watching them work on the car.

to watch them (especially to make sure they put in the Mobil 1 I'm paying extra for)but I've got classes all day. Besides, Halifax has a small town mentality, if I was watching over them I think the service manager would be insulted. The last thing I need is to lose loaner privileges and generally receive inconvenient service.

Oh well, I'll just grin and bear it.
