Most will arrange their purchases the week of 3/20 (but you have to be on the list by 3/17). APR has ordered a lot of the items to fill our orders which they are waiting on. Also, they are awaiting my final list of participants on 3/17 and also they are very busy preparing the S4 for it's next race in Sebring on 3/16-18.
