We could have an audi-o-phile ski trip to Colorado. The different regional clubs could put together ski packages with travel arrangements, the Colorado folks just arrange a few activities, we all get to meet each other and hit the slopes!!!! Any takers???? Most of us don't have any track events until spring, so why not?

...but wait until we get some snow. I'm still driving top down in my Z3 (73F in Denver today). I just washed and waxed my wife's car this past weekend (after doing the A4 and Z3 in past weeks), so she says that's a sure sign that it will start snowing. When the snow gets good, come on out and Rick Snyder and I will hook up with whoever comes out.

I haven't been skiing in 2 years, it's agony, and being stationed in North Carolina things don't look good for this year either. Plus I've never skied out west...too easy with all that snow, wide trails, and no ice (<---sarcastic jealousy from a New England skier :-)), and would love to check it out, have heard great things about it.

It is the 22nd and 23rd of January. Don't know whose cars you use yet. There probably is not enough room for a large group. Cool idea, we'll see what happens. Some people could go to the event and others could just ski.

The latest QQ which I've only had a week or two agrees witht their website www.quattroclubusa.org, both state the event is Jan 30-31. If Karen says something else, she needs to get in synch with what they are officially putting out...

BTW, you use your own car at the Steamboat event.

They really should have started advertising the Y2K events...rather than show the 1999 events...it is confusing.

BTW, did you notice Jon Linkov's and Christian Long's articles...they post here on the forum...and both own A4s.
