Is the spare tire match the 7 Spoke with the Sport package in a 99.5 1.8T QM
or it is only Steel Rim come with..?

Doubt it, have a 99.5 A4 2.8QMS and the spare is NOT the same as the other wheel's on the car. A shame but hopefully it will stay in the trunk.
