If you've put down a deposit, he should have associated your car with your name and it will show up on these sheets. These sheets will have it's scheduled build month and week once one is assigned (I think they are assigned about a month or so before the build date). After the car is built, these sheets will have the VIN# as well. I'd go in and ask to see these sheets (status printouts that Audi provides the dealer with on a weekly basis)
