Did any of you order the Nav system? My car had a build week of #37 and it is still not built. My dealer seems to think that the NAV system is holding it up because he has 2 S4's ordered and the one with NAV is not built and the one WITHOUT the NAV system is done. The wait is starting to kill me, pleeeeeeeeaaaaaaasssssssseeeeee help!

I don't know if I posted to you before or not, but my understanding (a month ago) was that NAV would not be showing up until the spring (or at least the year 2000). From more than one dealer I heard that they kinda expected those cars to just show up without it.

I'd have to say that they're at least pushed back waiting to see if they can finish the design (or whatever) to get it into your car within a reasonable timeframe (whenever that is)

My '00 1.8T was Week #38 and it was built last week (#38) and I now have the VIN#.

Sorry to hear. The only good news might be that because they have not made it, they must think they are close to getting the NAV sys finished and so you will get it, just a few weeks delayed.

From the 6+ months that I've been reading these boards, that doesn't seem to be the case. Anyway, here is my car Santorin Blue onyx/onyx leatherette, 1.8t, manual, quattro, sport, all weather, conv, nav, and xenon.
At least my down payment will be bigger:)

And I still dont have a vin. No nav, no crazy options... pretty basic. Dealer feeding you crap :) I think they just dont like us. Thats the real reason we dont have vins!!
