Are the Vogtland springs less harsh than the S-Line OEM? Is the 40mm drop you show with the OEM S-Line shocks?

It's using KONI shocks with those lowering springs.
The springs won't introduce any harshness. We do recommend the KONI shocks be used with the lowering springs. We don't recommend retaining the factory shocks.
