I accidently ran my A3 over a raised concrete block at Good Guy's parking lot on Sunday. While trying to unstuck my car by backing out, the front bumper was torn by the concrete and damaged. As you can see in the photos below that both sides of the front bump are popping out.
Can anyone kindly advise me what is the best way to repair it.
Or can April or anyone else recommend someone reliable in Bay Area ? I live in the San Jose in California. I would really appreciate your help. Thank you.

They were friendly and did a nice job for a fair price when I was hit-and-runned by a neighborhood tree.

The A3 pix....little more serious, but beyond an owner with a little bit of time to replace the fasteners.

BTW: I had a co-worker with a V.W. who riped the front bumper off twice. One of the reasons she got rid of the car....
