Go here, they quoted me about $325 for the Audi changer (OEM) for the Delta. A lot cheaper than the dealer and it includes one-year Audi warranty to boot.
ANd to answer your question, a compnay named PIE has been promising this adapter for some time now, but has yet to deliver. They said in an e-mail response addressed to me that "it is not high on their list of priorties." So I wouldn't count on one anytime soon.
Another option may be to buy a used head unit, the Concert unit from a newer A4 owner that has upgraded his system and another changer to that system as adapters <i>are</i> available for the Concert.
