Has anyone gone from premium and swapped the struts, springs and stabilizers with the sport suspension gear?
i m thinking of doing this. I checked Audi dealer said dont need new stabilizer just struts and springs. Total cost close to $2K.
The steering on my 07 premium feels a bit light and I need little adjustments on the freeway to track straight. Otherwise I love it.

if you have warranty concerns, it may be worth it for peace of mind, i guess.

in addition to H&R cupt kit, the vogtland sport kit is another good option.

stepping up to KW V2s is a big one and overkill IMO if you do not track the car on a regular basis.

then again, if you do get coilovers, the cost of V2s ain't that much more than V1s so might as well bump up to them :)

If you just change the springs to H & R or Neuspeed, you get a lowered stance car that will be a little firmer than you have, but that will look really nice. The rear springs take about 10 minutes each to install and the front takes about2 hours for the pair. Springs cost about $250-$350, depending upon which ones you buy.

Be sure and get the front end realigned when you are done. You will get better turn in and a lower CD (center of gravity) for not much money.

The ride will not be as harsh as the sport suspension.
