I'm not just dissing Audi for this... but most car manufactures do this.

If boot door went up and down by its self when pressing the button I'd find it good. Not when I can lightly touch the electronic handle button on the lid anyway.

However, Remotely shutting or opening the windows. That's cool show of Audi.

I've found it to be somewhat useful if I'm trying to load something bulky/heavy into the back. It's just easier to lift the hatch if it's already slightly ajar.

It seems that with selective locking it only unlocked the driver side with one push, all doors with 2 and the trunk always stays locked unless I use the button on the key. Maybe there's another setting for this or I'm just not paying attention very well.

Yep, happened to me about a month ago, not in the city where help is (I assume) readily available, but in the far north of the Kruger Park, if you please.

Had used a wrench, and was packing it back into my toolbox in the boot. Set the keys down to have two hands free, and closed the boot.

The tell-tale BLEEP as the car auto-locked froze me in my tracks.

Eventually had to pry out one of the quarter lights & damage the rubber in the process.

BEWARE. If you think it cannot happen to you, it WILL get you...

This used to be my valet key. The RFID capsule is in the handle, so it will start the car too.
It lives in a zippered compartment in my wallet.
