Had a chance to wash both cars today. That Mr. Clean AutoDry is the only way to wash two black cars in under two hours.

That is all.

I still give the car a quick swipe to remove most of the water.

start seeing water spots. The ads claim you can get 10 washes out of a filter-maybe if you have soft water.

Thanks April and S4cabdrivr, I have been putting off buying one of these things due to the packaging not addressing well water.

I would wipe my car down afterward anyway, so will the filter still only do 2 washes???

Currently I CANT wash my cars at home. The end result is a grainy feel on the paint from the deposits, and our black A4 and my blue A3 are too nice to ruin the finish....I leave them dirty sometimes as a result : (

Took the rain-ex of my windshield as well.

It works well, but it certainly leaves the finish of the car without protection.

Now I only use it on my boat when I want to strip the wax before a re-application.

The Mother's wax I had on the A3 was still there when I was done.

Of course it has a sheeting action for a spot-free dry, so it's hard to tell unless the car gets wet accidently between washes.

Took it and the rain-x right off the car. First rainfall after the wash and the feel of the finish is how I know.

I won't use it again on my car. I love the idea but the soap that comes with the set is freaking strong stuff.
