Was there any setup necessary after the install? And how long did it take you?

The only 'setup' was me organising my playlists in iTunes to get the combination of stuff that I wanted in 5 playlists on the iPod.

From UPS delivery to completely finished, including hole drilling, picture taking, etc. was about 35 minutes. If I had the drill &amp; Dremel ready to go, I bet I could do it a second time in under 20.

I've gotten a lot of conflicting feedback as to what works with Symphony and Concert units. Which one do you have?

Concert (II), but it doesn't make a difference. Glovebox CD Changer connector is the same for all.

The Audi-branded interface is no different from this one, so no need to wait.
