Those are the Audi internal order codes that define a car.

They are just used to make the order process easier for the manufacturer and reflect your choices for options as well as the country for which the A3 is bound, etc

is what the individual codes mean.

For example does my car have sport suspension?

As I didn't buy it new I don't know how it was specced.

I wish I could identify more for you. Unfortunately, I don't have a list of all the codes. Some of them could be interior electronics...
