I don't know if it's Audi policy or if they just were curious. It seems like if they'd ask, though, it was something they were expecting the dealer to provide.

All of the other questions count toward the CSI score, and then only 'top box' (5 on the 1 to 5 scale) counts. If you rate the dealer all "4's", this counts toward their CSI score the same as a zero.
