Went and drove the A3 demo at Millennium Audi yesterday and had a blast. The car really feels like a more grown up, refined and fun to drive GTI..which is exactly what I want in a car. There are a few things I didn't like but this is a picture post, not a review =) Sorry about the stupid photo bug on the images, I forgot my batch resize had that in the action. Oh well. BTW, the stock stereo sounds heavenly compared to any VW/Audi I've ever heard. Definitly not ordering Bose on mine..

Wow so many things are options in Europe...

If I had one in the US one of the 1st things I would do is remove the reflector from the front bumper...

so they look like lamp washers or tow hook covers.

One of the things that are not in line with the sporty look is the steering wheel. The 3 spoke on B6/SEs is nicer. The front corner lights are too bright, should be clear/smoked.
But the interior colors are great, the perfect combination for me.
Did anybody drive a new GTI to compare the 2?

I am sure there is more rear legroom than the A4.
BTW the beige sports leathers looks a hell of a lot better than the cloth.

you can see the display for opened doors in the picture where the dash is shown. i thought the convinience pkg. is not available on the base. Anyone know anything about this?
