Which engine would/will/did you choose and why?

I think I'm leaning toward the VR6 with Quattro and DSG.

Has good performance stock. Decent mechanic and aftermarket support. Not taking a chance on the reliability of a new engine design. Though I'm very interested in FSI, chipping a 2.0T might lessen long-term reliability and increase maintenance?
