Had the S3 for 3 months now, and still love it.

Am sure all you A3/S3 owners have the same problem, that the rear end gets covered in crap very quickly. Obviously due to the big tyres throwing up spray in the wet.

Question is, do mud flaps solve the worst of this?
If so, where can I get a colour coded pair & why can I not see these as an option at my Audi garage?

Anyone heard of a stone chip protecting system for the A3/S3 (invisible coating type thing). Available in the UK?

Mudflaps not the complete answer. They help, but only so far. The UK roads and weather mean endless washing.

...like the one used on the front of the rear fenders on 911 and 993 Porsche.
you can get it at your local sticker shop, you know the place where boyracers get their cars done up like a clown-mobile...

...make sure you have a stiff drink before reading their mail. It costs quite a lot of money for the kit and it sounds like it has to be fitted by them.
