Sorry to the group if you have been here recently, but...
My imported S3 has an annoying continental leftover.
All distances referred to by the driver information system are in km, including the total mileage (kilometerage?).
Have not phoned the dealer yet.
Is this an easy fix?<p>Silver S3 with all the toys

they can change it with a VAG tool, unfortunately I was informed 1 in 5 corrected cause the dash to f@#% up, which then require a new dash so be warned!

...a simple unit change and it shags the dashboard! We should be able to do that ourselves by pressing a combination of switches either by Air-con or the DIS buttons. It would be simple programming for the Audi designers/programmers.

You can change the Air Con display from centigrade to farenheit with a few button pushes

my s3 came with the same problem, I contacted my local dealer when I got home, they put it on their computer and changed the country code on the cars engine managment set up coudnt be simpiler took about two minutes nothing was changed no chrge was made and they are even good enough to give me the gear to fix my English no plates on whichI hadnt even got at that time.

Like I said I was expecting them to be a bit neagative with an import but they could not have been better first class service
