Anyone have any idea what is wrong, or what I may have done to my service indicator for it to read 17550 miles to next service? My car has only done 4600 miles and I know that it is supposed to be a 10k service. Is it in anyway like the BMW service indicator (which makes things even more confusing as I don't drive slowly)??

It doesn't really bother me as I hardly ever look at the thing except when showing folk the car and demonstrating the autocheck animations - I am just a little curios!

Weird! Can't imagine what you have done.

My service light normally comes on about 1000miles before the service. It's flashing away quite happily at the moment, cause I'm coming up to 20K.

Sounds like a trip to the dealer for you.

How do you get the "X miles to service" displayed? My car just flashes up "Service INSP" about 1000-2000 miles before the next 10000 mile interval.
