Does any of you is aware of the restyling Audi will apport to S3? I have been told by my dealer here in Lugano (Switzerland)that they will stop produce the car in June and July and the new ones they will deliver from JANUARY 2001 (this is what you have to wait here if u order one today) will have completely transparent plastic instead of glass on front lights, new tail lights, new navigation monitor in the central console and maybe an engine upgrade to 230 hps.
I am really pissed at Audi 'cause I'll get my brand new S3 delivered in 3/4 weeks.

That goes with the facelift of the A3 which will have low front fog lights to bring it in line with the corporate image of the A4,A6,A8...

And I'm assuming that the United States will still have to drool over pictures of the A3/S3.

I was going to order my S3 now, but from what you say, i have to ask my dealer for more information. Do you thing, from what yo were told, that the restyled S3 will be delivered to me, in January? I was told by my dealer that i will have to wait 5 months, and that is OK with me. I actually want to get mine late August, early september.

Do you know of any pictures of the re-styled car on the internet ???
