A while back you mentioned that you oiled your seat runners with "teflon grease".

Can you tell me what brand it was, and where you got it from? I may get some.

It was just halfords bike chain teflon spray grease, it was the only thing handy, but it's bloody good stuff as it has non fling characteristics so it doesn't run everywhere when you spray it! Its done the job though and has gotten rid of that annoying squeak when cornering.

I nipped down to Halfords and got some of the "Teflon" spray grease. It is good stuff.

I used it on the spring that is attached to the seat-pull handle within the drivers seat. It kept vibrating all the time whilst driving along - really annoying, but this Teflon stuff seems to have cured it - which was nice!!
