I have an S3 and large hole in one of the factory supplied tyres - Bridgestone RE040 - after only 5000 miles. I cannot find anywhere for a replacement (Scotland UK). Does anyone know of somewhere you can pruchase this tyre or is it a factory OEM tyre only, in which case am I going to need to buy 2 new tyres of a different type.

Autosolution 10628 602299 Burnham Bucks quoted £127 plus VAT and reckoned it would take a couple of days --- as long as they are in the country !

It seems as though all Audis on these 17 wheels built approximately June 99 came with these tyres ,the A4 T quattro Sport at home also has this make and lots of the TT and S3 at the dealers july/August were all similarly equipped.

I have at no luck locally, however I have talked to Montys on 01753 440006/7 and they can get the tyre within a day and ship it out to me.
