Is there anything going on with bringing the S3 to the States?

Who would like to see the S3 come to the USA?

I heard one rumor that the 24-valve VR6 will be offered in the A3. I've also heard that this engine has lower emissions and better gas mileage than the current 12-valve offered in the VW GTI. It would seem natural that if indeed the A3/S3 was coming to the U.S. that this would be an optional powerplant.
