I finally received my brand new A3 1.8t ambition with Bose and sunroof, it´s ming blue with leather interiors. the color of the leather is kind of hard to describe (and I don´t know the official name), but it looks like gray or tan, depends on the lighting conditions.
The car handles really well and is very comfortable inside.

The only thing that worries me is that the airbag light came on an hour after i took delivery of the car, and I have not had the time too take it to te dealer. Anyone know how serious this is?

My new A3 has white numbers and red needles in the instrument panel, having seen that most pics of A3 instrumentation are red numbers and needles, Why is mine different?

The white numbers in your dash are part of the changes for MY 2000, just like the A4's.

Have you made progress in your chip search? I've heard neuspeed is available from Autobahn, in Patriotismo, a couple of blocks from Viaducto. It seems they also offer a chip from oettinger, I've yet to check.

Did you get the 15" wheels? If you are interested I had an Audi rep get a quote for me on the new Avus S4/S3 17" wheels, P$4,500 each. Expensive, but not far from all other aftermarket choices and seem to be lighter than most. I think there was an S4 the past week at the Masaryk dealership (my route to work), the wheels look awesome, hope you had the chance to look at it.
