I've never seen an S3 in Silver before, makes a change from Black, Red and Yellow.

I live in Vienna, Austria. There´s quite a lot of snow round here for two weeks or so.... :-)
I like silver too, I think it makes the car look more elegant.

You live in a very beautiful country, one of my favorites in Europe. Your pictures look great, so does your car.

I hope to post some of my new black S3's pictures, which will be handed over to me this Tuesday (at least that's what the dealer told me).

I chose black, cause S3 looks somewhat more aggressive in black than in any other colour, but I agree with you. Silver definitely looks more elegant.

Beautiful car! I was wondering how the A3 compares to the A4. Is is like Honda's Civic and Accord? Is the A4 more solid, more stable at high speed, and generally faster than the A3, or is the A3 as rigid, or even better handling than the A4? Just wondering, what the overall impression is. The S4 is now available, but I don't have that kind of money at the moment. Actually, I do, but I would be killed if I did it. Getting a new computer job, so I'm going to try to do it in a year or two or three. Maybe moving to Honolulu!

Yes I like my A3, styling, performance and handling are all very good. But what I'm not happy with is the build quality of the interior. The materials used are top quality, but my A3 has all sorts of rattles. (See posting above.)

Beautiful car indeed. Unfortunately, Audi seems to have forgotten its largest single market and is withholding the S3/A3 from the U.S. Know of any helicopter pilot jobs in Europe? I spoze' if I want one I'll have to move there. I just bought an 1999.5 A4 1.8 turbo quattro/manual 3 months ago. Nice car but I really would like the S3 instead. I'd write the check today for it today at S4 prices if it was available. First time I have the money to buy what ever car I want but the Manufacturer won't sell it here. Audi builds great cars but their business plan sucks really bad. Thanks for sharing a glimpse of your car. Silver does look great( my A4 is silver) though I prefer the Volcano black. The german catalogue Audi sent me has me envious of ya'll in europe and angry at Audi. I'm bummed......
