How much over (or under) invoice for a 99 A4 1.8?? In PA.

For a 99, you should be very close if not at invoice. For a 99.5 you should be within 2-3 hundred. Be aware though, a dealer may not be anxious to trade for one you want so shopping around may be helpful.
