If headlights on 99.5 are same as 2000's, does that mean it's simple to install xenons on my 99.5?

I asked my dealer about this. He said the lights are the same, but they are $$$ and the part you are paying for is not so much the bulb but the generator/capasitator that charges up the bulbs to 30,000 volts or whatever insane number it is.
He said it might be hard to find a dealer OEM
stock set now, but after xmas he said he should be able to order me some for a large sum of money(he said figure around $1000, could be more could be less). HTH
