emissions issues that are not a problem on earlier dbc b5's. If so, anyone know where to look for one? TIA

You can put one on your B6 the same way we put them on the B5.

Now if you put in a catch can that just traps the oil but feeds back into the intake track before the turbo like it does stock, then you should be ok. But that just stops some of the oil vapor not all of it and does not help with added vacuum issue a larger turbo will cause.
