I'm trying to figure out which turbo to buy and need to know how early I could get each respective turbo to hit full boost. I know Eurocode can give me software for the rs, but will AWE sell the software for the r seperately? Thanks

And I have been in many of both those cars. The rs can now be had in a .64 housing and that was gods gift for the 1.8T. The bigger .84 a/r housing is laggy but the .64 is a boost machine.
UTurbo, you will be kicking yourself in the azz if you dont go with the RS.
