both at idle and under acceleration?
also i got 163 g/s from the maf (didnt quite hit 6k though in 3rd gear had to let off) that sounds about normal right?
what should my 02 sensor be doing? what kind of #s should i be getting at idle and acceleration?
im getting a long term lean code and i want to figure out what it is.
ill do some logging, make a couple graphs and list the info, any help you guys provide will be a great help, i dont want to just go out and buy a maf, 02 sensor, or anything else that MIGHT cause this code.

If you can check block 032 and see what it says.

i get 162 g/s from the maf max during a 3000-6000 rpm pull in 3rd
normal?
and my knock sensor is at .6xx to .8xx at idle and will go to 11.xxx max
normal? or am i pinging?
my timing never retards, but it will go down to 2.x or 3.x under WOT down from 31.x on deceleration
TIA again you guys are a great help

I get idle misfires. I think it might have to do with having a LWFW. I also noticed that my knock voltage readings at idle are all the same in cyl 1, 3 and 4. It's about .5V or so. In cyl 2 it's like .7V. What does that mean?

If you look at the readings during wot you will notice that #2 will get much higher then the rest.

Those are normal adv timing readings since the car will run around 30 degs during off/part throttle and during wot the chip is tuned to run less timing since there is so much boost used. The other K03 chips even went as far as running zero timing at WOT.

I notice that cylinder 1 has the second highest readings while 3 and 4 are always much lower.

where a/f totally drops at that point. While when stock, Lamda never drops past 0.9<ul><li><a href="http://forums.vwvortex.com/zerothread?id=1684296">You can see graphs here..</a></li></ul>

which means the higher the # the leaner it is and your 02 reading has a much wider range since it is a 5 wire wide band sensor. The dip is most likely where the ecu is trying to add fuel but then leans out. You still want to be in the .86 range to have it make the most power. The 1.00 is 14.7:1 just so you can judge where your at on your log and as you can see everything above .9 is 13:1 and up into the 14:1 range, which is pretty lean.
BTW since your running more boost with a stock chip, did you do something to keep the car from closing the throttle plate when the boost sensor tells the ecu that your actual boost is well over the requested boost?

WOT.. and its 100% when i say 100% even before I used a diode map clamp.. Ok finally, someone tells me i'm running lean throughout the range.. ppl over there dont answer me..:p
