Stock injectors

2.5 Pressbent Exhaust Cat Back
Turbo XS H25 BPV
VDO Boost Gauge
Greedy FMIC

The car runs great except boost level, spike up to 15-16 and drops down to 11 or 12. air temp 50s
it will climb back to 14 at 5500 or so.
FP set at 72 PSI.

No boost leaks. but a High pitch sound at high loads. ive checked all hoses, kombi valve.

what do most other 2001 ko4 w/ giac software run for boost.

Im gonna do the Samco intake hose next week.

when i changed the timing belt i noticed that the intake hose was just siting in front of the turbo so i put a bit of RTV around it and made sure it was sealed before puting the car back together.

Also i have the Turboxs Valve istalled backward to fit interccoler pipes.

Any IDEAS, Help Please I want boost like i had with the K03 X-Chip.

should I wait for this Beserk Software? or How about Dahlback K03 w/FMIC and Exhaust Software?

that could be your issue, and would explain the noise. Which way is it installed and why exactly?

try to up the spring rate on that BPV if it's in backwards. Or, try putting a different one in (that fits) for awhile, and see if it takes care of it.
