Im interested to know what parts will transfer over if I were to buy another Audi in a year or so.

Im trying to avoid having to buy new brakes, new turbo, etc twice. So any help would be appreciated.

I have hear that a brake upgrade kit will transfer, and that a Ko4 / other turbos will transfer, but I have also heard that the B6 engine cannot handle as much horsepower as the B5 because the internals are not forged, any truth to this stuff?

Even if the B6 internals are not forged and your B5 is, the power created from the Ko4 will never test the limits of the engine. It is safe to say that you can transfer over your ko4 with new software and probably the brakes...

-k04 will transfer...the b6 can handle it
-brakes will not... brakes from the b5 S4 go over to the b6 as plug and play, but you may need knew carrier brackets for the brakes
-wheels will, but tires wont

unless you have 235s on the car now.
