Here's a little explanation.

The rear and side turn signals work but at a very rapid pace then I turn the turn signal on. (probably, 150 times per minute) but the front ones remain unblinking. The front lights are on..but they just don't blink. What is the problem here and how can I fix...if it is simple...otherwise...dealership...here we come again.

The bulb has 2 wires... one for constant on, one for blinking. The blinking one is burnt.
