I am installing a gt-28 kit on a 99 a4. I am wondering if any of you have had problems getting the turbo to clear the motor mount bracket. I used they supplied bracket but I cannot get the bottom bolt to tighen down all the way against the motor. I have contacted ATP like 12 times in the last six months and get some kid who answers the phone who has no clue. Any help would be great! THX -JP

I had to do this on a custom turbo kit once to clear a radiator. Just an idea.

I've heard a few people who bought ATP's stuff say that the compressor housing wasn't clocked to where it needed to be. Its no big deal

....on my A4 I not only had to clock the compressor housing but, rotate the wastegate vaccume cylinder around to compensate for the new orientation. As far as the motor mout goes, you need to jack up the motor to just the right position to get the last bolt to feed. It tooks a few tries and an extra set of hends is helpfull but, it will thread.

Thx RS,
Im having a hell of a time getting that last bolt to pull the mnt. bracket to the block. The compressor housing is clearing, its the wastegate rod that is hitting the mnt. bracket.-JP
